Welcome to the Plane Historian Aviation Blog. This blog aims to offer a platform for my extensive musings on aviation history. From a young age, I have been fascinated with aviation and aviation history. That fascination has since evolved into a professional endeavor as I was privileged to serve a curator for an aviation museum for nearly a decade.
During my tenure at the museum, one of the most rewarding aspects of my role involved engaging with visitors who brought personal artifacts seeking to understand their historical significance. These encounters were particularly meaningful when the artifacts were linked to family members who may or may not have shared their stories. Helping these patrons discover and learn more about one of their family members was immensely rewarding.
Although I
have moved on from my curator role at the museum, I continue to actively seek opportunities to
discuss aviation history and connect with fellow enthusiasts. I am grateful for
the chances I have had to speak about my passion and share my knowledge. This
blog is an extension of that passion. If you or your organization is looking for a speaker please reach out. Thank you for visiting.
